1. WHO WE ARE

1.1The AuthenticALLY Tech Ltd  is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, trading as The AuthenticALLY (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX

1.2We operate a credential verification platform. We manually verify the professional credentials of influencers and content creators in five specialist areas and issue a verification badge to those who meet our standard. The purpose of the platform is to help the public identify influencers who hold relevant qualifications in the areas they create content about.

2. WHAT OUR PLATFORM DOES

2.1Our platform allows members of the public to:

• Search and browse our directory of verified influencers and content creators
• Look up whether a specific influencer holds The AuthenticALLY verification badge
• View the verification category and educational credentials (degree subject, awarding university and graduation year) of verified influencers
• Nominate an influencer or content creator for verification consideration via our nomination form

2.2Our platform does not allow members of the public to:

• Access the full credential documents submitted by influencers — these are held securely and confidentially
• Contact influencers directly through the platform
• Make any purchasing decisions or transactions through the platform at this stage

3. THE VERIFICATION BADGE — WHAT IT MEANS AND WHAT IT DOES NOT MEAN

3.1This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

3.2The ‘Authentically Verified’ badge is a point-in-time, administrative confirmation that we have reviewed documentation evidencing that the influencer holds the stated educational or professional qualification in their verified category, at the date of verification. It tells you the influencer has a relevant credential — nothing more.

3.3The badge is not, and must not be treated as:

• An assessment of the influencer’s competence, current skill level or professional judgement
• An approval, endorsement or recommendation of any specific content, post, product, service or advice the influencer has produced or promoted
• A guarantee that the influencer’s credentials remain current after the date shown on their listing
• A substitute for seeking professional advice from a duly qualified and regulated practitioner
• Medical, psychological, nutritional, fitness, pediatric or any other form of professional advice

3.4Verification is category-specific. An influencer verified in one category (for example, Certified Physical Performance) is not verified in any other category (for example, Accredited Mind Care). Always check the specific verified category shown on the listing.

3.5We verify credentials — we do not monitor, moderate or endorse the content an influencer produces. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or safety of any content created by verified influencers.

4. NOMINATING AN INFLUENCER

4.1Members of the public may submit a nomination for an influencer or content creator to be considered for verification through our nomination form on the Site.

4.2By submitting a nomination you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting a nomination for a malicious, vexatious or improper purpose
• You understand that submission of a nomination does not guarantee that the nominated influencer will be contacted, assessed or verified
• You are not acting on behalf of the nominated influencer

4.3We reserve the right to decline, ignore or remove any nomination at our sole discretion, without giving reasons.

4.4Nominations are one-way. By submitting a nomination you do not enter into any contract with us and you acquire no rights over the outcome.

4.5Personal data submitted via the nomination form will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your identity with the nominated influencer.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

5.1You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our servers, or any database connected to the Site
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam)
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from our directory or platform without our prior written consent
• Use any automated tools, bots or scripts to access, query or interact with the Site
• Submit false, misleading or malicious information through any form on the Site, including the nomination form
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or damage the operation of the Site or servers

5.2We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Site in a harmful or improper manner.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1The Site and all of its content — including but not limited to the AuthenticALLY name, the verification badge, the directory listings, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to The AuthenticALLY Tech Ltd. All rights are reserved.

6.2You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any part of the Site without our prior written consent
• Use any AuthenticALLY badge, logo or trade mark in any way without our express written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices

6.3The verification badge displayed on an influencer’s listing may only be used by that influencer under the terms of their separate Badge Licence. Members of the public have no right to reproduce or use the badge.

7. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1The Site and its content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any information on the Site.

7.2We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are appropriately protected.

7.3To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on the Site, including any influencer’s verified listing
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on content produced by a verified influencer
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss
• Any interruption to or unavailability of the Site

7.4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.5Where we cannot exclude liability, our total liability to you in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed £100.

8. THIRD PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

8.1The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including the social media profiles of verified influencers. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8.2A link from our Site to a third-party site does not imply our endorsement of that site, its content, or any products or services it offers.

8.3Verified influencers are independent individuals. Their social media content, advice, products and services are entirely their own responsibility. We are not a party to any relationship between you and a verified influencer.

9. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

9.1Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Site. By using the Site you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND THE SITE

10.1We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The current version will always be available on the Site with the date it was last updated. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.2We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable to you for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

11.2If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction (including the EU, US or Canada), you may also have rights under the laws of your local jurisdiction which these Terms do not seek to exclude.
